Reservation Creations Women’s Circle Charitable Trust, a (501)(c)(3) non-profit organization has established a committee dedicated to organizing the NEW MILLENNIUM FIRST PEOPLE’S WORLD FAIR AND POW-WOW. The 2008 event is intended to showcase the beauty, strength, spirit, and endurance of the Native American and indigenous people’s cultures by way of providing the stage, atmosphere, and incentives for the continuation of the traditional life ways.  To show the world that the Native American has survived and maintained their unique cultural values and will continue to flourish in the 21st century.

The 11 day event will share with the world, Native American Indian traditions and culture through our songs, dances, foods, and expressions. Each day, various themes will feature cultural activities for the 11-day event, such as:

*Electric Pow-wow (concert)                            *Native Writers, Producers, Actors Symposium
*Sunrise Blessing Ceremony                           *Veterans Day
*Social Pow-wow                                            *Senior Golden Age Day
*Alaskan Natives Day                                     *Competition Pow-wow
*7th Generation Youth Day                              *Gourd Dancer/Warrior Day
*Traditional Techniques Demonstration             *Education, Economic and Tourism Forums

The Event will take place in Tucson, Arizona, from December 28, 2007 until January 6, 2008. It is scheduled to be held at Rillito Raceway Park. Over 100 Tribal Nations from around the world and 2,500 First Peoples will participate.

We are formally requesting your support in our endeavor to make this event a successful reality and are asking for your financial donations to fund the New Millennium project. Outlined in the following page we have included various amounts you may consider. However any amount will be greatly appreciated and welcomed.

CORPORATE SPONSORSHIP $ 25,000.00 TO $ 50,000.00

Corporate sponsorship will underwrite each daily activity. We are requesting Tribal enterprises, Tribal economic developments, Casinos, State, County, City, travel Tourism, World-wide corporation and enterprises, Arts Organizations, Federal, State, County, City organizations, Philanthropic organizations, National Indian Organizations to participate at this level.

We request involvement from Tribal Nations with a cash donation between $ 2,000 to $ 15,000 on a sliding scale basis, according to size, financial strength, and sincere commitment to achieve the goals of the New Millennium First People’s World Fair and Pow-wow.

IN-KIND SPONSORSHIP $ 750.00 TO $ 2,500.00

Sponsorship of transportation, meals and accommodations for the participants. We expect 2,500 veterans, golden age (seniors), youth groups, cultural presentations, writers, musicians, pow-wow participants (dancers & singers), Gourd Dance groups, Exhibition dancers, International Speakers/groups, Lecturers in Education, Health, Economic Development, Youth/Senior symposiums, Labors for Indian Villages, etc.
